Transaction in Own Shares 

Ludgate Environmental Fund Limited announces that in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 8th November 2013, it purchased 125,000 of its ordinary shares at a price of 45p per share on Tuesday 25 February 2014. The ordinary shares purchased will be cancelled.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue, following the above purchase, is 53,345,784.
