Purchase of shares for cancellation
Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT plc announces that on 17 August 2012 it purchased 80,160 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares at a price of 68.41 pence per share for cancellation.
Following these purchases there are now 24,767,305 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence in issue.
