Transaction in own shares and total voting rights

bwin.party announces that on 5 September 2014 it purchased, through Numis Securities, 200,000 of its ordinary shares for cancellation at an average price of 95.26 pence per share. The highest price paid was 96.05 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 94.45 pence per share.

The total number of bwin.party shares in issue is 822,860,020 and the total number of voting rights in issue is 821,379,810 (total number of shares in issue minus 1,480,210 shares held by the employee benefit trust (bwin.party Shares Trust) in respect of which the voting rights have been waived).
