20 December 2007 Panther Securities PLC ("Panther" or "the Company") Transaction in own shares
On 18 December 2007 the Company acquired 6,000 ordinary shares of ‚£0.25 each at ‚£3.70 per share for cancellation.
Following the cancellation of these shares the Company will have 16,918,651 shares in issue.
