In accordance with paragraph 12.4.6R of the Listing Rules, the Company advises that it has made the following purchases of its own equity shares:
127,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each were purchased on 15th September 2008 in order to be held as treasury shares.
The highest price paid for a share was 146.25p.
The lowest price paid for a share was 146.25p
Following the purchase of shares referred to above the Company holds a total of 1,322,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each as treasury shares.
