The Company announces that on 10 July 2019 it purchased for cancellation 130,000 of its ordinary shares of 5p each ("Shares") through UBS, in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 5 September 2018.

Highest price paid per Share: 3758p

Lowest price paid per Share: 3718p

Volume weighted average price paid per Share: 3745.3225p

The Shares purchased today will be cancelled and will not be held as Treasury shares. Following the cancellation of these Shares, the Company has 127,662,283 Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares). This is the figure which should be used by shareholders as the denominator when determining whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
