Johnson Service Group PLC ("JSG" or the "Company") Transaction in Own Shares
The Company announces that in the period from 15 June 2026 to 19 June 2026 it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 10 pence each through Investec Bank plc as part of the buyback programme which was announced by the Company on 7 May 2026 (the "Programme").
