Dunelm Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 14 October 2013 it purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company at an average price of 858.1 pence per share, for transfer into treasury. The highest price paid per share was 865.0 pence and the lowest price paid was 847.5 pence per share.

Following this transaction Company's issued ordinary share capital consists of 202,833,931 ordinary shares of which a total of 235,000 shares are held in treasury. Therefore the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company is 202,598,931 ordinary shares.

The above figure of 202,598,931 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

The purchased shares will be held in treasury and may be utilised to satisfy employee share based award obligations.
