Transaction in Own Shares
The Company announces that on 18 December 2020 it purchased 26,500 Ordinary Shares of 5p each for cancellation at the prices detailed below:
16,500 at a price of 3,402.73p each
10,000 at a price of 3,455.90p each.
Following this purchase the Company's issued share capital consists of 14,043,000 ordinary shares with voting rights.
The above figure (14,043,000 Ordinary shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interests in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
