The Company announces that on 16th December 2011 it purchased 12,000 of its ordinary shares at a price of 3.875 pence per share. The purchased shares will all be held as treasury shares.
Following the above purchase, the Company holds 113,092 ordinary shares as treasury shares. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 2,766,206.
