Transaction in Own Shares

The Board of Baronsmead VCT 2 plc announces that on 16 September 2015, 300,000 Ordinary shares of 10p each were sold by the Company from the shares held in Treasury at a price of 95.5p per share.

The resultant total number of Ordinary shares held in Treasury by the Company is 11,963,819.

The resultant total number of Ordinary shares that the Company has in issue following this sale is 94,972,132 and the resultant total number of Ordinary shares that the Company has in circulation following this sale is 83,008,313.
