The Company announces that on 6 November 2014, it purchased 150,000 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares of 1p each, representing approximately 0.23% of the issued share capital at a price of 126.50 pence per share for cancellation.
Following this purchase, there are now 64,609,136 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.
