Transaction by Directors / PDMRs
On 3 September 2020 the Company was notified of changes in the interests of Bob Holt, Executive Chairman of the Company, in the ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary shares") as a result of his acquisition of Ordinary Shares from participants following the closure of the Company's Share Incentive Plan. A total of 44,422 shares were acquired at the closing market price of 51 pence as at 1 September 2020.
Following the purchase, Mr Holt has a total beneficial interest in 1,298,268 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.81% of the issued share capital of the Company.
