cheerful scout plc, the AIM-traded multi-media specialist, announces that following the cancellation of a telecommunications commission outlined in the Company's trading update on 8 February 2011, the anticipated improvement in the second half of the financial year will not now occur and consequently results for the year will be lower than management expectations.
