TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS
Miton Group plc ('MGR' or "Company"), the AIM quoted fund management company, announces that the Company's shares capital includes 164,090,850 ordinary shares 0.1p shares ("Shares") with voting rights. Of these 175,864 Shares are held in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Company as at 24 January 2014 is 163,914,986.
The above figure of 163,914,986 Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
