Arlington Group Ltd01 February 2008 Arlington Group (the "Company") Total Voting Rights Update In conformity with the Transparency Directive, the Company would like to notifythe market of the following: The Company's issued capital consists of 53,855,639 ordinary shares of 0.5 penceeach ("Ordinary Shares"), all with voting rights. The total number of currentvoting rights in the Company is therefore 53,855,639.
