ECR Minerals plc announces that the Company’s issued ordinary share capital at the date of this announcement consists of 3,259,129,313 ordinary shares of 0.1p each, with each share carrying the right to one vote. Accordingly the total number of shares in the Company with voting rights is 3,259,129,313.

The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore the above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
