DAIRY FARM INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS LIMITED (the "Company")total Voting RightsIn compliance with DTR 5.6.1 R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules we would like to notify the market of the following:- As at 31st March 2009, the Company's issued share capital consists of 1,347,390,607 ordinary shares with voting rights of one vote per share. The Company does not hold any treasury shares.
