Total Voting Rights and Capital

Pursuant to Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6:

The issued share capital of the Company is 272,674,285 ordinary shares of ten pence each.

Each ordinary share has one vote. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 272,674,285. No ordinary shares are held in treasury.

This information may be used by shareholders for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company.
