Total Voting Rights

The board of 3D announces that the Company's issued share capital at the date of this announcement consists of 620,974,824 ordinary shares of 0.1 penny each ("Shares") in the Company. The Company does not hold any Shares in treasury.

Therefore the total number of Shares with voting rights is 620,974,824.

The above figure may be used by 3D's shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules of the UK Financial Services Authority.
