TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

Paragon Diamonds Limited, the AIM quoted African focused diamond development and production company, announces the following voting rights in Paragon in respect of issued shares in accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules as at close of business 31 May 2012:

195,095,917 Ordinary Shares of 1p par value, each Ordinary Share carries one voting right and the total number of voting rights in Paragon as at 31 May 2012 is 195,095,917.

The above figure (195,095,917) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Paragon under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
