Total Voting Rights

In accordance with DTR 5.6 we notify the market that, at 31 October 2012, McBride plc (the Company) has a total issued share capital of 182,840,301 ordinary shares of 10 pence each, of which 661,984 ordinary shares are held in treasury.

Therefore, the number of ordinary shares of 10 pence each with voting rights is 182,178,317.

This figure (182,178,317) can be used by shareholders as a denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
