As at 31 January 2020, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 138,989,448 Ordinary Shares of US$ 0.01 each. The Company holds no Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
