Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules (the "Rules"), Cape advises that, as at the date of this announcement, it has a single class of shares in issue which are admitted to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange, being ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") and that there are 118,519,505 Ordinary Shares in issue, each carrying one vote per Ordinary Share. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company's Ordinary Shares is 118,519,505 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Rules.
