Total Voting Rights: Month End Disclosure

Regus plc (the “Company”) confirms that as at 30 November 2015 the Company’s issued share capital consisted of 950,969,822 ordinary shares of 1p each with voting rights (the “Ordinary Shares”).

20,590,613 Ordinary Shares were held by the Company as treasury shares with no voting rights.

Therefore as at 30 November 2015 the total number of voting rights in the Company was 930,379,209. Shareholders may use this figure (930,379,209) as the denominator for calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA’s Disclosure & Transparency Rules (“DTR”).
