Intellego Holdings PLC12 December 2006 For immediate release 12 December 2006 Intellego Holdings Plc Total Voting Rights In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 theBoard of Intellego Holdings Plc (the "Company") is required to notify themarket of the following: As at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consistsof 58,560,000 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 0.5p each, with votingrights ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury. Therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rightsis 58,560,000.
