Ted Baker PLC31 October 2007 Ted Baker PLC (the "Company") Voting Rights and Capital In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 theCompany notifies the market that its issued share capital consists of 43,198,033ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company holds 1,230,979 ordinary sharesin Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights is 41,967,054.
