GAME Digital plc (the "Company") - Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules Sourcebook ("DTRs") provision 5.6.1, the Company hereby notifies the market of the following:

The Company's capital as at 31 July 2019 consists of 176,646,090 ordinary shares of 1 pence each with voting rights ("Ordinary Shares"). No Ordinary Shares are held in Treasury.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for their calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the DTRs.
