Amino Technologies PLC30 March 2007 AMINO TECHNOLOGIES PLC (the "Company" or "AMINO") Total Voting Rights AMINO announces that, for the purposes of the Financial Services Authority'sDisclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 1pence each in the Company in issue as at the date of this notice is 58,413,051with each share carrying the right to one vote. There are no shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is, therefore, 58,413,051.
