Total Voting Rights

Journey Group plc (the "Company") announces that the total number of ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company in issue as at 28 June 2013 is 12,799,365 with each share carrying the right to one vote.

No shares are held in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 12,799,365. The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
