Global Brands S.A. ("the Company") 7 December 2006

In accordance with FSA's Disclosure & Transparency Rules, the Company advises that its issued share capital comprises 4,822,860 ordinary shares of CHF2.10 each. The voting rights of all of these shares are identical.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Global Brands S.A. under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules
