Further to the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, the total number of voting rights in ordinary shares of 2.5p of GBG at the date of this notice is 152,446,210

There are no shares held in treasury.

The above figure (152,446,210) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
