Works Media Group (The) PLC21 December 2006 WORKS MEDIA GROUP PLC (THE "COMPANY") TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS AND SHARE CAPITAL For the purposes of the transitional provisions of the Financial ServicesAuthority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinaryshares of 0.1p of the Company in issue as at the date of this notice is105,399,208 with each share carrying the right to one vote. There are no shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 105,399,208. Thevalue of the issued share capital is £4,352,420.80. The above figures may be used by shareholders as the denominator for thecalculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify theirinterest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosureand Transparency Rules.
