Total Voting Rights
The Company confirms that the 361,735 ordinary shares held in treasury have been cancelled. Following the cancellation of these shares the Company's issued share capital will be 110,340,019.
The above figure (110,340,019) is the total number of voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations of their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
