In accordance with the UK Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Big Yellow Group PLC (the "Company") advises that at 30 November 2017 the issued share capital of the Company is 158,530,574 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.

Therefore the total number of shares with voting rights is 158,530,574 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Big Yellow Group PLC under the UK Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
