Total Voting Rights
In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Cello Group plc ("Cello" or the "Company") confirms the following:
As at 31 May 2016 Cello's issued share capital consists of 86,965,007 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company holds 453,000 Ordinary Shares in treasury. The total number of current voting rights in the Company is therefore 86,512,007 Ordinary Shares.
The above figure (86,512,007 Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
