In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1., Gocompare.com Group plc hereby gives notice that as at 1 February 2017, the company's issued share capital consists of 418,270,193 ordinary shares of £0.0002 each, with voting rights. Gocompare.com Group plc does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.

 The above figure of 418,270,193 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Gocompare.com Group plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
