Care UK Plc's share capital consists of 61,842,807 ordinary shares of 10p each with voting rights. The Care UK Plc Employee Benefit Trust holds 491,200 ordinary shares subject to options in the Company.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Care UK Plc is 61,351,607.
The above figure (61,351,607) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Care UK Plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
