TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

In compliance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Betfair Group plc ("Betfair") confirms that the total number of ordinary shares in issue at the close of business on 29 January 2016 was 93,006,748 shares with a nominal value of 0.095 pence each, with each share carrying the right to one vote. No ordinary shares are held in treasury as at the date of this announcement.

This figure of 93,006,748 represents the total voting rights in Betfair and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Betfair under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
