In accordance with the UK Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Big Yellow Group PLC would like to notify the market of the following:

On 31 March 2015, the issued share capital of Big Yellow Group PLC is 158,055,735 ordinary shares, of which 1,418,750 are held in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in Big Yellow Group PLC, excluding treasury shares is therefore 156,636,985.

The above figure (156,636,985) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Big Yellow Group PLC under the UK Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
