Arden's issued Ordinary Share capital comprises 33,378,935 Ordinary Shares, of which 2,137,312 are held in Treasury, leaving a balance of 31,241,623 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.

The above figure (31,241,623 Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of Arden under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency rules.
