Total Voting Rights

In accordance with Rule 5.6.1R of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules (the "DTRs"), the Company notifies the market that as of 19 January 2016 its issued share capital consisted of 43,970,359 ordinary shares of 5p each, each with one vote.

The Company holds no ordinary shares in Treasury.

Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 43,970,359. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the DTRs.
