INTOSOL Holdings Plc. ('INTOSOL' or the 'Company'), announces the following:

The Company has requested under Listing Rule LR 5.3.1 a suspension of the listing of the common shares listed on the Standard Market of the London Stock Exchange from 7.00 AM August 3, 2020.

3. Reasons for suspension: of listing and trading:

The Company is unable to meet the filing deadline of its audited financial statements year ending December 31, 2020 (the "2019 FS") and expects to file within the net 10 working days. The current outbreak of the novel strain of coronavirus, specifically identified as "COVID-19", has had a material impact on completing in a timely way the audited 2019 FS. 

4. Schedule of suspension of listing and trading:

The suspension of listing of common voting shares on the LSE shall be effective from 7.00 AM August 3, 2020.

The Company expects to file the 2019 FS in the near future and seek recommencement to trading subject to regulatory approval.
