Felix Group PLC03 December 2007 Felix Group plc ("Felix" or the "Group") Suspension of shares and resignation of Chief Executive Felix Group plc announces that trading in its Ordinary Shares on the AIM marketof the London Stock Exchange has been suspended. The Group also announces that Andrew Egan (Chief Executive) has stepped down asa Director of Felix Group plc with immediate effect. Further to the business review announcement made on 30 November 2007, the Boardhas appointed independent consultants to assess the operational and businessprospects of the Group. This review covers the market for the Group's productsin the UK and the performance to date of units currently on trial, especiallythose recently placed with High Street multiples. In the light of this, the P&Lforecasts and future cash requirements of Felix Corporation Ltd., the Group'strading subsidiary, must also be reviewed. The Board is unable to update themarket further until it receives the results of this review. A full update willbe issued once the operational and business review has been completed andconclusions drawn. This is anticipated to be by the end of next week.
