Statement regarding share price movement

The Board of the Company notes the recent movement in the Company's share price. The Company's accounts for the year ended 31 January 2012 were published on 24 December 2012. The accounts stated that the Board had instigated a number of initiatives to ensure funding will be available for future operations and to reduce debt. The Board is continuing to work on these initiatives and hopes to be able to update shareholders on progress made in the coming weeks. In addition, the Company expects to announce its third quarter results for the period to 31 October 2012 in the next few weeks.
