Tender offer from Caledonia Investments plc, Gas Fin Investments S.A. and gas fin s.a. 

The Board of TGE has noted the tender offer from Caledonia Investments plc, Gas Fin Investments S.A. and Gas Fin S.A. ("the Offerors") for all of the issued share capital of the Company not already owned by the Offerors and announced this afternoon, Friday 2 October 2009. 

The Board is reviewing the terms of the tender offer and urges shareholders to take no action in respect of it. The Board will respond formally as soon as is practicable.
