Update to Announcement
The Company refers to its announcement regarding the publication and posting of a prospectus to shareholders earlier today, which included a timetable indicating that the Company's ordinary shares would be marked "ex-entitlement" by the London Stock Exchange on 1 June 2010.
The Company notes that its ordinary shares will instead continue to trade "cum-entitlement" today and will be marked "ex-entitlement" by the London Stock Exchange at 8:00 a.m. on 2 June 2010. The earlier announcement and the prospectus should therefore be read accordingly, and all references to the "ex-entitlement" date in them should be read as referring to 2 June 2010.
