Clarification
In respect to the letter addressed from the Egyptian Stock Exchange (EGX) to EFG Hermes requesting a clarification to what the local media handles regarding EFG Hermes CEO Mr. Yasser El Mallawany. EFG Hermes would like to confirm that Mr. El Mallawany is normally carrying out his job from Egypt Headquarters and the company is currently studying the possibility of taking legal action to protect its rights and its shareholders' rights.
