The Directors of Europa Oil & Gas (Holdings) plc, are extremely saddened to learn of the sudden death of Paul Smith, Europa's Company Secretary and Legal Counsel. Not only was Paul a well respected figure in the oil industry, he was a good personal friend and key member of the Europa management team. Our deepest condolences go out to Paul's family at this difficult time.
