Joint Announcement of Linked Offer

The Boards of Directors of the Companies are pleased to announce the launch of a Linked Offer of New Ordinary Shares to raise up to £6.4 million in the Companies (the Offer). The New Ordinary Shares will be issued at prices reflecting the most recently published net asset values of the existing Ordinary Shares.

The Offer in respect of the 2010/11 tax year will close on 5 April 2011 and in respect of the 2011/12 tax year on 29 April 2011. Further details of the Offer are set out in the Offer Document which can be downloaded from the following website: www.mavencp.com/linkedvct

Copies of the Offer Document have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do.
